We regret to inform you that the DEMAG hoist and components production in China is being affected by the Coronavirus infection and its propagation. Based on the Chinese government policy, all the residences in China had to stay at their home for self-quarantine minimum 14 days starting from 25 Jan 2020, and most of the production factories in China shall restart operation on 10 Feb. Furthermore, all goods transportations of components and finished products to and from the factory are strongly slow down. Due to force majeure of coronavirus impaction, the deliveries from the factory are delayed and we are not able to evaluate the exact duration of these delays at the moment.

DEMAG Shanghai had resumed on 10th Feb. 2020, and we are doing commercial orders and products delivery now. We will strictly follow local policy and closely monitoring the situation and the information released by the Chinese government. Please stay in close touch with your direct sales contact to evaluate your order situation.  We Sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this Force Majeure may cause on your business, and we will get back to you as soon as received update information.
